Geological Survey

In order to establish the likely quantity and potential quality of water available from beneath the ground SCL Water advise customers to have a geological survey of their property.

 

SCL Water research for possible wells or boreholes in the surrounding area. Our Hydrogeologist will then provide an analysis of the ground conditions of your site and will give an opinion on water and strata. The report and likelihood of locating water will give a clear indication of the underlying ground construction and

 

If the Geological Report is promising, the next stage will be for an SCL Water Engineer to visit your site to locate the precise point to drill by dowsing/water divining. At this point SCL Water will advise on the flow and the depth of water. This in turn will give you an indication of the cost involved for your own water supply.
